Why it is built this way

The work happens on your machine, not ours.

01

Nothing is uploaded

Your photos are edited right here in your browser tab. They are never sent to a server — there is nowhere for them to go.

02

One pass, not six

Crop, resize, adjust, watermark, blur and compress all happen in one go, so your image loses no extra quality however many steps you use.

03

Real controls

Aim for an exact file size, set exact dimensions and print resolution, name your files, and save your favourite settings. Not just one quality slider.

Questions

Straight answers.

No. Every tool works inside your browser. Your file never leaves your device, and there is no server that could receive it.

No. No sign-up, no login, no email collection. Open a tool, add an image, download the result.

No set limit — it depends on your device's memory. Very large images (above roughly 40 megapixels) show a warning, because the browser can run out of memory opening them. Resizing first usually solves it.

JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP and SVG work everywhere — AVIF is saved with a built-in encoder, so it doesn't depend on your browser. TIFF opens only where your browser can read it. HEIC photos from iPhones usually can't be opened by browsers — convert them on the phone first.

Photos often carry hidden details (EXIF) such as the camera model, the date and GPS location. Anything you compress, resize or convert here comes out without them. The compressor has an option to keep them for JPEG files if you want to.

No. Images are processed in the background a few at a time, so the page stays responsive. You can pause, resume, cancel, and retry any image that fails.
